Living Well on the Spectrum

A worksheet-format book to help you identify some of the basics of living autistically.

This title is recommended with a big context caveat 👉🏽 Written in 2011 and not written from an autistic perspective, this book may irk you. Yes, there’s ableism. Yes, it’s infantilizing. And yet, here we are. Until more access to publishing is afforded to neurodivergent authors, I’d rather offer *something* that we can pick through for the info we need.

Early in my realizing I might be autistic, I visited a local chain bookstore, yes, in person. This was the only book on the shelf even remotely not for parents of young children. It not only helped guide me to the answers I needed but, most important, it gave me some concrete tools I still use to manage daily life as well as extraordinary circumstances. So there are nuggets within.

Tip: Get the paper version for the worksheets.
