About us
Autastic.com exists as a home for the uncounted legion of adults worldwide who recently learned (or wonder if) they’re on the autism spectrum.
Created for autistic people, by autistic people, everything here is to educate, inspire, and support those of us who live outside the norm. We are autastic.
I’m your host, Diane J. Wright. I learned about my neurology by chance at the age of 42. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about autism to living an entirely rebuilt life where my strengths thrive and my stressors are minimized. If I learned how, I believe anyone who wants to can as well. I’m honored to share with you what I’ve learned from the larger autistic community, from respected sources, and through my own trial and error. I’m here for all of you who have the opportunity to start over and live life true to your autistic self.
Autastic.com is a gender, orientation, identity, body, and ability-accepting space. When commenting (and please do add your voice because you’re important), be kind, be courteous, be a good person so you too can receive the respect you deserve.
